Find answers to common questions about registration, age divisions, gear, and field schedules.

Registration & Eligibility

Are there residency or boundary requirements to play at VDO?

What documents are required to complete registration?

You will need proof of age (birth certificate) and online consent forms including the medical release, code of conduct, and release waivers. You can fill them out here.

Where do I upload my signed documents?

During the registration process on Sports Connect, you will be asked for documents along the way. You can upload the files that were emailed to you during that process.

Divisions & Player Assessments

How is my child's division determined?

Division placement is primarily based on official Little League Age using our calculator above. For older divisions (Minors, Majors, Intermediates, Juniors), player evaluations and skill assessments are used to ensure balanced team creation.

Schedules & Equipment

What equipment does the league provide vs what families need to buy?

The league provides an official team jersey and hat. Families are generally responsible for purchasing a fielding glove, cleats, baseball pants, belt, and personal bat/helmet.
